A glossy look is a great way to differentiate an IML package. A glossy label is based on single-layered IML material. The glossy look is achieved as a result of the processing in the IML system.
Packaging producers for confectionary and paint, among others, have been early adopters of glossy IML labels. Depending on the size of the plastic package, we offer several material thickness options, as well as different materials with various technical characteristics (such as grain direction and injection point sensitivity).
The glossy IML label is available for injection moulding and blow molding. It is currently under development for thermoforming IML.
